Eximo Project

Junior System Engineer

If you are at the beginning of your adventure with IT, and you are an open-minded and fast-learning student of a technical field, you can join the First Line Technical Support Team. Service Desk engineers execute orders coming from manufacturing companies, public sector and e-commerce. Working on the execution of orders and applications for services provides the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the specific character of IT industry from the perspective of IT services provision.

If you are interested in the issues related to LAN network configuration, if you study the secrets of VPN tunnels or virtualisation of production environments and a telephone contact with a user is not a problem for you, send us your CV.


Senior System Engineer

Apart from advanced administration of manufacturing and testing systems, working as a Senior System Engineer means preparation of development plans related to the supervised IT infrastructure. One of the duties of a Senior Engineer is active participation in incident and problem analysis processes (including critical failures) based on the management process in accordance with the ITIL concept. Effective administration has an impact on the complex functioning of infrastructure; therefore, forward-thinking and complex approach to change management are among the key skills required.

Senior System Engineer is expected to share their knowledge and experience with other team members on a daily basis and by active participation in internal training and seminars.


System Engineer

Working as a system engineer, you will be responsible for administrating production systems and networks of Eximo Project and our customers. Also, you will handle the execution of currently implemented projects as well as the installation and modification of systems (e.g. database systems), including diagnostics of server problems. The responsibilities of a system engineer also include providing the second line of technical support for users. A

nalytical thinking skills as well as regularity and consistency of actions are the basic characteristics that will allow you to find yourself holding this position. System Engineer is required to cooperate actively with other team members.


Account Manager

Working as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with Eximo Project customers. Account Manager is required to have trading experience – good partner relations with the companies serviced by us are the basis of our business. Therefore, if you are an independent and creative person, and negotiation skills are among your strengths, you will surely fit in the team. Driving licence and knowledge of English at least at the B1 level are the fundamental working tools.

The duties of an Account Manager include budget implementation; therefore, resistance to stress, trading and marketing knowledge are the advantages that will help you achieve success.


Recruitment Process

Publication of recruitment adverts, where we specify particular job descriptions, as well as of the list competences and requirements to be met by an employee, is followed by the stage of verification and analysis of the CVs sent by the candidates.

The first stage of selection consists in rejecting applications which fail to meet the minimum requirements for a particular position. The candidates successful at the first stage of selection will be invited to a recruitment meeting by e-mail or telephone. The recruitment meeting may be preceded by an initial telephone job interview.

Depending on the position the candidate applies for, the methods of conducting the recruitment process can be different, including a common job interview or implementation of tasks intended to verify the practical skills of the candidate. At this stage of the recruitment process, a number of meetings or interviews may be held, concerning the negotiations of employment or financial conditions.

At the moment of taking the decision to hire a particular person, Eximo Project contacts the candidate in person or by e-mail.

Recruitment process will be considered as completed at the moment of signing the employment agreement by the candidate.
